Aalamdeep Singh Baga is a lawyer licensed to practice in British Columbia and the founder of Avante Law, a Surrey-based firm dedicated to delivering practical, client-focused legal services with a strong emphasis on integrity, clarity, and results.
Aalamdeep obtained his LL.B. from the University of Leicester before returning to Canada to complete his NCA requirements at the University of Alberta through the Internationally Trained Lawyers Pathway Program. He then remained in Edmonton to complete his articling at Iginla & Company under the mentorship of Mr. Elvis Iginla, where he gained hands-on experience in personal injury, criminal defence, and wills. He was called to the Alberta Bar in 2024.
To further broaden his skillset and become a more well-rounded lawyer, Aalamdeep went on to work alongside a solicitor in Calgary, gaining experience in real estate and corporate law. This diverse background allows him to approach legal matters with a comprehensive and practical perspective tailored to each client's needs.
Aalamdeep regularly appeared before the Court of King's Bench of Alberta, the Provincial Court of Alberta, and now regularly appears in the Provincial Court of British Columbia.
In 2025, Aalamdeep was called to the British Columbia Bar and returned to his hometown of Surrey, BC to serve his community. He founded Avante Law with a vision of making legal services more approachable, effective, and grounded in trust.
